On the 75th anniversary of Republic Day, PUCL, Ranchi feels proud of this glorious historical long journey with the unity, integrity and universal democracy, multi-coloured diversity, freedom of the country. On this occasion, collective dedication, resolve and commitment towards constitutional values ​​and various provisions were expressed at Shaheed Albert Ekka Chowk, Ranchi.

 

Republic Day teaches to keep the constitution intact along with the republican country. A pledge was taken to respect the Constitution while assimilating freedom, equality, diversity and fraternity.

 

On the occasion of Amrit Kaal of the declaration of the Republic, various social organizations, political party workers as well as dignitaries participated in the re-reading of constitutional values ​​and provisions.

 

PUCL, formed on the initiative of Jananayak Jai Prakash Narayan, has been vocal for maintaining constitutional values ​​since its inception. Being aware of the rights and duties given by the Indian Constitution, it has also been alerting the government from time to time. PUCL has played a historic role in protecting human rights. The struggles from the court to the streets and the success achieved are witness to this.

On this occasion, apart from the members of PUCL, representatives of many other organizations and eminent and enlightened persons participated and expressed their collective commitment towards constitutional values.

 गणतंत्र दिवस की 75वीं वर्षगांठ पर पीयूसीएल, रांची देश की एकता, अखंडता और सार्वभौमिक लोकतंत्र, बहुरंगी विविधता, स्वतंत्रता के साथ इस गौरवशाली ऐतिहासिक लंबी यात्रा पर गर्व महसूस करता है। इस अवसर पर शहीद अल्बर्ट एक्का चौक, रांची में संवैधानिक मूल्यों और विभिन्न प्रावधानों के प्रति सामूहिक समर्पण, संकल्प और प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त की गई।

 गणतंत्र दिवस गणतांत्रिक देश के साथ-साथ संविधान को भी अक्षुण्ण रखने की शिक्षा देता है। स्वतंत्रता, समानता, विविधता और बंधुत्व को आत्मसात करते हुए संविधान का सम्मान करने की शपथ ली गई।

 जननायक जय प्रकाश नारायण की पहल पर गठित पीयूसीएल अपनी स्थापना के समय से ही संवैधानिक मूल्यों को बनाए रखने के लिए मुखर रहा है। भारतीय संविधान द्वारा दिए गए अधिकारों और कर्तव्यों के प्रति जागरूक होने के कारण यह समय-समय पर सरकार को सचेत भी करता रहा है। मानवाधिकारों की रक्षा में पीयूसीएल ने ऐतिहासिक भूमिका निभाई है। न्यायालय से लेकर सड़क तक संघर्ष और उसमें मिली सफलता इसकी गवाह है। इस अवसर पर पीयूसीएल के सदस्यों के अलावा कई अन्य संगठनों के प्रतिनिधियों और प्रबुद्ध व्यक्तियों ने भाग लिया और संवैधानिक मूल्यों के प्रति अपनी सामूहिक प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त की।
